NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024: National Institute of Technology (NIT Jamshedpur) started the registration process for the NIT Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test 2024/ Candidates who are interested in applying for the entrance test must check the NIMCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria given here.
Candidates who want to register for the general and OBC categories need to pay an application fee of INR 2500, whereas candidates from the SC, ST, and PwD categories must pay a fee of INR 1250. Candidates are required to fulfill the NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024 as per the authority. After fulfilling the requirements, the candidates can apply for the registration procedure till Apr 20, 2024.

NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024
Under the NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024, there are two categories: educational qualification and age limit. Candidates can go through the detailed NIMCET Educational Qualification Criteria 2024 given below:
- Candidates must have a graduation degree in either BE/B.Tech./BCA/B.Sc./BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern in India.
- Candidates should have a degree in mathematics or statistics or an equivalent subject.
- Candidates under the general category must have at least a 6.5 CGPA, whereas candidates under the categories of SC or ST must have at least a 6.0 CGPA.
As per the age limit criteria under the NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024, candidates must note that the authority has not set any age limit for the students. Therefore, candidates of any age, as long as they fulfill the educational qualification requirements, will be eligible to apply for NIMCET 2024.
