CG NEET UG Round 2 Registration 2025: The Chattisgarh Medical and Dental Counselling Committee started the regsitration for MBBS/BDS programmes for Round 2 today, September 13, 2025. Candidates who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) can apply for the counselling. To register, candidates need to log in using their NEET roll number, name, date of birth, and other essential details. 

Upon successful registration, candiadets will receive OTP on their email addresses, which will obtain login credentials. Along with the registration, choice filling has also started today, September 13, 2025. With the completion of registration, candidates can proceed with filling out course and college choices. • The candidates who upgraded their seats can directly log in to the portal and fill out their college choices.

• It is essential to pay the requisite registration fee using any online payment gateway.
• The applications must be submitted by September 17, 2025.
• As per the schedule, the choice filling window will remain open till September 18, 2025. Candidates are advised to choose the maximum option to broaden their chances of allocation. 
• Only registered candidates who have filled out their choices will be considered for seat allotment.
