BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025 (Postponed): Revised Dates Soon

BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, has released a notification informing about the delay in the declaration of the 1st Round Result under NEET-UG-2025. 

According to the notification, authorities have postponed the BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025. The decision has been made due to the delay in the MCC NEET UG Seat Allotment Result 2025, which was scheduled to be declared on August 11, 2025, but has been released on August 12, 2025. 

Aspirants waiting for the BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025 to start for admission to MBBS/BDS courses now have to wait for the declaration of the All India result by MCC. The authorities will declare the revised BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025 Dates soon on the official portal.

BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025 

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), the authority overseeing medical admission in Punjab, has officially postponed the commencement of the Round 1 NEET UG Counselling 2025. According to the official notification shared on the portal, this decision was made due to the delay in the seat allotment declaration by MCC. 

Candidates must note that MCC has yet to declare the Final Round results. Initially, the provisional seat allotment was expected on August 11, 2025, but the date has been pushed back, and the results were declared on August 12, 2025. This delay has impacted the Punjab State Counselling schedule. 

With the MCC’s seat allotment result delay, the subsequent steps of Punjab counselling, including seat allotment declaration and college reporting to the allotted colleges by the candidates, are on hold. Candidates awaiting the counselling to start to get admission to their desired college are advised to visit the BFUHS and MCC official website regularly for latest updates. The authorities will soon release the new BFUHS Punjab NEET Round 1 Counselling 2025  dates.
