• Candidates must log in to the official AACCC website using their roll number and password to view and download their seat allotment letter.
•  If a seat is allotted, candidates are generally required to accept it, as there is no "free exit" option in Round 3.
• Failure to join the allotted institute will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and ineligibility for any further AIAPGET counselling 2025.
• Candidates who accept the seat must report in person to the designated college for the document verification and admission process. 
• Candidates must carry all original documents and their self-attested copies to the allotted institute for verification.
• Candidates who are not allotted any seat in Round 3, or who complete the admission process, can be eligible for the subsequent stray vacancy round, the schedule for which will be announced later.
