• Candidates for whom the seats are allotted must pay the token tuition fees and generate the admission letters by June 17, 2025. 
• Shortlisted candidates who fail to pay the token tuition fees within the given deadline will not be considered for further admission process.
• ACPC Gujarat will commence the academic term on June 19. 2025. 
• ACPC will conduct 3 rounds of ACPC Gujarat B.Tech Counselling 2025, which will conclude on August 8, 2025. 
• The vacant seats from Round 1 will be carried forward, and the revised merit list will be published on July 3, 2025.
• Candidates who are willing to cancel their admission process can do so by June 18, 2025.
