Tie-breaking Rules in UP CNET Result 2025 and Merit List
With the declaration of ABVMU Up CNET result 2025, a merit list will be prepared considering the rank of candidates in the entrance. In case of a tie situation, the given rules will be followed:
- If candidates secure similar scores in the entrance, then the merit list will be prepared considering higher marks in biology.
- In case the tie persists, higher marks in chemistry will be taken into account
- If still tied, then the physics score will be given priority
- If still tied, then the nursing aptitude score will be considered
- If still tied, then candidates who are older will be given a higher rank.
