    Schools and Colleges in Maharashtra to Remain Closed till 31 October 2020: As per the latest reports, the Maharashtra Government has extended the state’s lockdown until 31 October 2020. The government has specified that schools, colleges, and other educational institutions will remain closed until 31 October 2020 or until further notice.

    Uttar Pradesh Government to Allow Schools to Reopen from 15 October 2020: Uttar Pradesh government has announced that state-run schools will be allowed to reopen in a staggered manner from 15 October 2020. The state administration informed that the district authorities would decide to reopen schools in the state based on the local COVID-19 situation and once the consultation with the schools is done.

    JEE Advanced 2020 Official Question Booklet Now Available: The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi or IIT Delhi has released the official question papers for Paper 1 and Paper 2 of JEE Advanced 2020 on 27 September 2020. The students who appeared for the examination must visit jeeadv.ac.in to download the question papers from the direct link available.

    JEECUP 2020 Results Announced: The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, has declared the JEECUP 2020 results for various examination groups. Candidates who wrote the entrance examination must visit the official website- ‘jeecup.nic.in’ to check their results. The results are announced for Group A, Group B to K and E1, E2 (Pharmacy) exam.

    IIST Releases Application Forms for 2020-21 Academic Session: The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, or IIST Thiruvananthapuram, has commenced the registration procedure for undergraduate programs. Interested candidates must visit the official website www.iist.ac.in to fill in the application form. IIST has released the application forms for various integrated B.Tech programs.

    TNEA 2020 Rank List Out: The Department of Technical Education in Tamil Nadu has released the TNEA Rank List 2020 online. Candidates who qualified the examination must visit the official website tneaonline.org to view the rank list. Candidates need to enter their password and registered email id to facilitate login.

    GATE 2021 Registration Deadline Extended till 7 October 2020: IIT Bombay has extended the last date for the submission of GATE 2021 applications till 7 October 2020, without the payment of the late fee. Candidates can now apply for GATE 2021 by visiting the GOAPS portal before the expiration of the deadline.

    BITSAT 2020 Official Scorecard Released: Birla Institute of Technology and Science or BITS Pilani, has released the BITSAT 2020 Scorecard for the candidates to check. Candidates must visit the official website – www.bitsadmission.com to view the result. Along with the aggregate score, the number of correct and wrong responses will also be displayed on the screen. 

    AILET 2020 Provisional Answer Key and Question Booklet Released: The National Law University or NLU Delhi has released the master provisional answer key and master question booklet for the AILET 2020 examination. Candidates who appeared for the All India Law Entrance Test conducted on 26 September 2020 must visit the official website – nludelhi.ac.in to view the answer key and download the question booklet.

    JEECUP First Round of Online Counselling Commenced: The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, has commenced the JEECUP 2020 Online Counselling. Candidates who qualified the entrance examination must visit the official website – jeecup.nic.in to register themselves for the process. Candidates can also download the counselling schedule available on the official website.

    DUET-2020 JAT Revised Answer Key Released: NTA released the DUET-2020 JAT examination revised answer key for the exam. Earlier, NTA released the answer key for DUET-2020 JAT BMS/BBA/BA (Hons.) Business Economics (01 and 02) papers. But after receiving complaints about multiple incorrect answers from the representatives, NTA decided to revise the answer key, which is now available. Candidates can visit the official website to download the answer key.

    IGNOU Extends the Deadline for Registration of ODL/Online Courses on Offer: Indira Gandhi National Open University or IGNOU has extended the deadline for registration of ODL and Online Programmes on offer until 15 October 2020. Candidates who wish to take admission into these courses must visit the official website – ignou.ac.in to register if they haven’t done so already.
