TSCHE will Begin the TS PGECET 2020 Counselling Registrations from Today

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released an official notification stating that the registrations for the TS PGECET 2020 Counselling will begin today, i.e., 11 November 2020.

Candidates who have qualified the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) must visit the official website – pgecet.tsche.ac.inĀ to register before the prescribed deadline. The rank card or scorecard was released on 16 October 2020, after which the council started gearing up for the counselling process.

Steps to Register for TS PGECET 2020 Counselling

Candidates who qualified the TS PGECET 2020 examination and want to register for the online counselling procedure must follow the steps mentioned below. Once registration starts, a direct link to register for counselling will be provided for the ease of the candidates:

  1. Visit the official website – pgecet.tsche.ac.in
  2. Scroll down to find the ‘Applications’ section.
  3. Under the section, click on the link mentioning the commencement of registration for the TS PGECET 2020 Counselling.
  4. Enter the required credentials such as the application TS PGECET Hall ticket Number, Registration Number, and Date of Birth.
  5. Make sure all the details entered are correct.
  6. Now click on the ‘submit’ button.
  7. Proceed further by uploading the required documents in the correct format.
  8. Pay the counselling fees, which is INR 600/- for the unreserved candidates and INR 300/- for the candidates with reservation.
  9. Verify the details before the final submission.
  10. Do not forget to save a copy of the acknowledgment for future reference.

GATE/GPAT Qualified Candidates Also Eligible for Counselling

An official notification released by the council further stated that the candidates who have qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) for the current academic session will also be eligible to register for the counselling. In fact, the GATE and GPAT qualified candidates would be given preference over the TS PGECET qualified candidates. Candidates who qualified GATE in 2018 and 2019, apart from 2020 are also eligible to participate in the TS PGECET 2020, counselling process.
