The Weekly Exam News: JEE Advanced, CLAT Result; UPSC CMS Admit Card, and More

A Recap of the Major Exam Happenings from the Last Week

Results for some of the most awaited exams, including JEE Advanced, CLAT 2020, TS EAMCET, among others were declared this week. Some major schedule changes and admit card announcements have been rolled out as well in the last few days. What’s next in the process and everything related to it is listed below:

JEE Advanced 2020 Result Declared – On 5 September 2020, the result for one of the most sought after engineering entrance exams, JEE Advanced 2020, was released on the official website. Candidates can check their results by entering their roll number, date of birth and password. Since the result is now out, the next step in the admission procedure is counselling which commenced from 6 October 2020. As per media reports, Chirag Falor, a resident of Pune, secured the JEE Advanced 2020 AIR 1 while Kanishka Mittal, who has secured AIR 17 was the female topper for JEE Advanced 2020.

CLAT Result 2020 Declared – On 5 October 2020, the Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) declared CLAT result on the official website. Candidates can check the CLAT result 2020 and merit list by visiting the official website and logging in using their mobile number and password. The first allotment list result will be declared on 9 October 2020.

TS EAMCET Result 2020 Released – On 6 October 2020, TSCHE finally declared the TS EAMCET Results 2020 for the state-level engineering entrance examination on the official website. TS EAMCET 2020 exam results have been released by JNTU Hyderabad, the conducting authority. In order to check their results and download TS EACMET 2020 scorecards, candidates will need to login to their exam portals.

Assam PAT 2020 Result Declared – As per the latest updates, the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam has declared the DTE Assam PAT Result for 2020 on the official website. Candidates can check their results by visiting the official website and logging onto the exam portal by entering their respective roll number and date of birth.

JoSSA Counselling 2020 Commences – The Joint Seat Allocation Authority started the JoSAA Counselling 2020 registration on 6 October 2020. The candidates who qualified JEE Main 2020 and JEE Advanced 2020 exams are eligible to register for JoSAA counselling. To register themselves, candidates will have to visit the official website. The first seat allotment result will be announced on 12 October 2020 while the JoSAA registration and choice filling process will continue until 15 October 2020. 

NEET 2020 Answer Sheet Released – The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET 2020 Answer Sheets and Recorded Responses on 5 October 2020 on the official website. Candidates can visit the official website in order to download and check their NTA NEET OMR sheets online. Candidates will have to log in to the official exam portal to download the same.

UPSC CMS 2020 Admit Card Released – On 6 October 2020, the Union Public Service Commission released the UPSC CMS 2020 admit card on the official website. Candidates can download the UPSC CMS admit card from the official website by entering their allotted registration number and date of birth. UPSC CMS 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on 22 October 2020 across the country.

UGC NET Admit Card 2020 Released – The National Testing Agency has released the UGC NET 2020 admit card for exams scheduled from 9 October 2020 till 17 October 2020 on the official website – for all the candidates. In order to download the admit cards, candidates will have to log in by entering their application number and date of birth.
