The CTET Exam 2019 Admit Card to be Released Soon

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the admit card for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test on the official exam website

The Government of India introduced the CTET Exam in order to improve or bring new standards in teaching. The CTET July 2019 Exam will be held on the 7th July 2019. The CTET 2019 Paper-I will be held in the morning session. The timings of the morning session are 9.30 am to 12 pm IST. On the other hand, the CTET Paper-II will be held in the evening session between 2 pm to 4.30 pm IST.

The CTET Admit Card is usually released by the CBSE 15 to 16 days prior to the exam. Hence, it is likely to be released this week or in the fourth week of June 2019. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter their CTET 2019 registration number and date of birth.

The steps to download CTET Exam 2019 Admit Card are as follows

  • Visit the official website ctet.nic.in
  • Click on the link CTET 2019 Admit Card or Hall Ticket
  • Enter Registration Number and Date of Birth
  • Download the admit card and Print it for future use

The examination for 2019 will be conducted in over 2200 exam centers spread across 97 cities in India. The exam centers will be allotted to the candidates as per the preference filled by them in the CTET application form 2019. Candidates were required to choose three different exam centers in order of their preference.

The CBSE reserves the right to change or issue any other exam centers than the one selected by the candidate. The CTET 2019 exam center and address allotted to the candidate will be mentioned on the CTET Admit Card 2019. Candidates will be required to carry their respective CTET admit cards and one original photo ID proof. They will not be allowed to enter the examination hall in case they forget to carry the same.

CTET 2019 Exam Paper Details

Paper I: For those want to become Primary School Teacher.

Paper II: For those want to become Upper Primary School Teacher.

The paper I and II: Candidates interested in teaching Upper Primary School (VI-VIII) have to appear in both the exam. Some states conduct Paper III exam for recruitment of Upper Primary School Teacher.

Each candidate must pay Rs 700 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for appearing in both exam papers. For reserved category candidates though, the fee is Rs 350 and Rs 600 respectively.
