A new examination pattern has been released for the TBJEE 2021 exam by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examinations (TBJEE). Earlier, the entrance exam was held in two days, but this year, the exam will be conducted in a single day. As per the information provided by TBJEE Joint Director Dhirendra Debbarma, the first shift will include physics and chemistry question papers while the next two shifts will consist of biology and mathematics papers.
“We used to conduct exams in two days with 100 marks in each subject and a cumulative total of 400 marks. A new system is being introduced to adapt to new academic requirements after the last adaptations were made in 2016 as per CBSE curriculum,” said an official. Further, he added that changes in the entrance exam are similar to medical, engineering, and other professional entrance examinations across the country which are held in a single day.
