The admission schedule for TS Degree Online Services 2020 has been announced by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). As per the dates provided on the official website, the registrations for the TS DOST 2020 examinations will commence from July 1, 2020. Candidates who have qualified for the Intermediate Examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State or any other equivalent examination from other boards/states are eligible to apply for Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) 2020. Eligible candidates wishing to apply can fill out the application form by visiting the official website of TSCHE- dost.cgg.gov.in

Steps to Apply for TS DOST 2020

  • Visit the official portal – dost.cgg.gov.in
  • On the homepage, at the top right, click on the link “Candidate Pre-Registration”.
  • From the dropdown list that appears, select the qualifying board.
  • Select the year of passing.
  • From the other board drop down, select the concerned board.
  • Fill in the Hall Ticket Number.
  • Select the Date of Birth.
  • Enter the Aadhaar Number.
  • Enter your Mobile Number.
  • Enter your Name.
  • Select Gender.
  • Enter Father’s Name.
  • Agree to the declaration and click on the link “Click for Aadhaar Authentication”.
  • Registered mobile number will receive an OTP and enter it on the page.
  • DOST ID will be generated along with a success message.
  • Click on “Proceed for Payment” and pay the required DOST registration fee.
  • A 6 digit alphanumeric PIN will be sent to the same number.
  • DOST ID and PIN can be used to login.
  • Fill out the application form after logging in and hit “Submit”.
  • Download and print a copy of the TS DOST 2020 application form, for future use.

Subsequent upon the provisions of the AP Reorganization ACT 2014, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) was established by the Order of the State Government of Telangana. The duties of the Council are:

  • To decide standards in Scientific and Technical Institutions, Higher Education Institutions, and Research Institutions.
  • Its three main functions include:
          • Planning and co-ordination
          • Academic functions
          • Advisory functions
