Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has released a new notification regarding the upcoming Rajasthan Board Class 12 Practical Exams 2021. In its most recent notification, the board released a new update which states not to appoint any external examiners for the upcoming RBSE 12th Exam 2021 due to COVID-19 guidelines. Hence, the practical exams will be examined by the school teachers only.
Every year, a group of invigilators who examine the practical exams in more than five schools over a period of 4 to 5 days is always appointed by the board. But since, the invigilators have to travel longer distances to reach the exam venue, the board has decided to conduct practical exams without external examiners in the light of the COVID-19 and the safety of everyone involved to hold exams.
However, the board has decided to appoint “zonal officers working under the state education department” to supervise the practical exams. These zonal officers will make sure that the practical exams are conducted as per the given protocols and guidelines.
Schools will be required to form a team of 5 subject-specialists who will help in conducting the practical exams at the school level. The names of these teachers will be submitted to zonal officer two days before conducting the practical exams. If schools do not have the required number of teachers to examine the practical exams, zonal officers will arrange the examiners.
