NTA Begins Online Registration for UGC NET December 2019 Exam


The National Testing Agency has commenced the online registration process for the UGC NET December 2019 exam on its official website

NTA begins online registration for UGC NET December 2019 Exam. Candidates can fill the online Application form from 9 September 2019 to 9 October 2019.

The University Grands Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) is a National Level Entrance Test conducted by NTA for the post of Assistant Professor or for Junior Research Fellowship. The test gives admission to eligible candidate for the post of assistant professor or for Junior Research Fellowship in various colleges or universities.

The examination will be held from December 2 to December 6, 2019. The important dates pertaining to the examination have been tabulated below.

UGC NET December 2019 Exam Registration Process 

A step-by-step procedure to apply for UGC NET December 2019 Exam has been provided below:

  • Go to official website of ntanet.nic.in and click on registration link.
  • Now, fill up Registration Form. You will receive credentials for login on your registered mobile phone.
  • Login with received credentials and then fill up application form
  • Upon filling UGC NET form, you need to upload the documents i.e, Photograph and Signature
  • Then you will have to pay the fee for your application form.
  • When whole payment is done, you will need to take a printout of your application form for future references.

UGC NET 2019 Exam Application Form Details

The details regardng the application form process have been explained in the steps given below

  • Fill the online application form on the official UGC website.
  • Read all the instructions and fill all entries with relevant information.
  • Upload a recent scanned passport size photo in the space given for the same.
  • The required application fee can be paid through debit/credit card as well as through the e-challan generated from the website.
  • Attach all the necessary documents to the printouts of the filled application form, attendance slip and admission card and send it to the Registrar/Principal of the Coordinating Institute.

Candidates can fill application for this exam only online mode. Once the registration is done they can use that ID to log-in at any point of time.

The UGC NET 2019 exam is conducted for over 84 subjects and selected candidates are placed across the country in over 874 Universities. Payment of application fee can be made online as well as offline in the form of e-challan, debit or credit card. Performance of candidates in all three papers of UGC NET 2019 is counted for JRF award and eligibility for Assistant Professor or eligibility for Assistant Professor only.
