The National Testing Agency (NTA) has increased the total number of exam centers for JEE Main engineering entrance exams which will be conducted in March, April, and May months. As per the official notification, NTA has added three new exam centers to the list of JEE Main 2021 Exam Centres. A new exam center has been added within India which is Ladakh while the other two have been added outside India which are Kuala Lumpur and Abuja/Lagos. Students can check out the newly added exam center notification on the official website of NTA.

Students who have registered for the JEE Main 2021 March session of the exam can change their exam centers in case they want to opt for the newly added exam centers by 6 March 2021. Students will be required to edit the exam centers in their application forms. In case, students want to opt for the newly added cities as their exam center, they can choose them on their online application form for other sessions i.e., April and May attempt once the registration process starts.

The decision to add new exam centers came into effect after feedback from students taken by the apex testing agency in line with the multiple requests received from students. Several students expressed their grievances about their problem to reach the distant exam center amid COVID-19 and asked to appoint an exam center in three specific locations which are Ladakh, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, and Abuja/ Lagos in Nigeria. Hence, NTA has added these three cities to the exam center for JEE Main 2021 from March onwards.

Students can visit the official website of NTA to check the latest notification regarding the addition of three new exam centers. They can find the notification link in the public notice.
