NIFT Released the Answer Key for 2021 Exam

The provisional NIFT answer key 2021 for the General Ability Test (GAT) along with the question paper and response sheet has been released by the National Institute of Fashion Technology today, 17 February on its official website. Students can visit the official website to check the provisional answer key and compare their response sheet to calculate the estimated score. Students can also challenge the NIFT answer key if any discrepancy is found, by paying INR 500 per objection.

Steps to Download the Provisional NIFT Answer Key 2021

NIFT has released the provisional answer key on its official website. Students can calculate their estimate scores with the help of the answer key. Students who have appeared for the exam can download the answer key by performing the following steps.

  • Visit the official website –
  • Go to the “Admissions” tab.
  • Click on the “Answer Key for written test (GAT) held at 14.2.2021” link.
  • Enter your roll number, programme, question booklet series and date of birth. 
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
  • A screen will appear showing the provisional answer key.
  • Download the answer key and match your answers.

How to Challenge NIFT Answer Key 2021?

If any student finds any discrepancy in the answer key, they can raise objections and challenge the answer key by paying INR 500 per objection. Students can perform the following steps to raise objections for the answer key.

  • Visit the official website –
  • Open the provisional answer key. 
  • Find and click on the option to raise an objection against the NIFT 2021 answer key.
  • Pay INR 500 per objection.
  • Finally submit the objection.
  • Your objection will be raised. 

Students can raise an objection against the answers until 20 February 2021 (10 AM). NIFT will release the final answer key in a few days. The NIFT 2021 was held on 14 February 2021 in offline mode, and the results are expected to be declared by March 2021.
