According to the latest news on National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test – Post Graduate (NEET PG), the official website – mcc.nic.in is under maintenance. No official confirmation has been declared on when the dates will be announced.

Eligibility Criteria for NEET PG Counseling 2020

The eligibility criteria for participation in counseling conducted by DGHS (Directorate General of Health Services) or State Counseling Authority shall be in accordance with Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations (as per latest amendment) notified by MCI (Medical Council of India) with prior approval of MoHFW (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India), Govt. of India.

SC/ST/OBC (including Persons with disabilities of SC/ST/OBC) 40th Percentile
Unreserved category: person with disabilities 45th Percentile

NOTE : A percentile rank tells how well a candidate performed in comparison to other candidates, while a percentage rank explains how well a candidate performed in the test itself.

Validity of NEET 2020 PG results

The validity of NEET PG 2020 results shall be only for the current admission session i.e., 2020 admission session for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses and cannot be carried forward for successive admissions for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses.

NEET PG 2020 Merit List

This is the overall merit position of the candidate out of all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET-PG 2020.

All India 50% quota rank:

This is the overall merit position of the candidate out of all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET-PG 2020.

All India 50% quota Category Rank:

This is the overall merit position of the candidate in the category (OBC/SC/ST) as chosen by the candidate in the NEET–PG 2020.

NOTE : These ranks are only valid for 2020 admissions.
