The NTA has sent across an official statement regarding a change in exam center location due to Lok Sabha Elections
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) as scheduled will be held across the nation on the announced date. The exam is conducted for admissions into UG and PG Medical Courses and BDS by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Based on the latest memo, all candidates appearing for the exam are advised to recheck their examination centers. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an important notice regarding the examination centers of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2019. As per the notice, the NTA NEET 2019 exam centers have been changed due to General Elections to Lok Sabha and other unavoidable reasons. All the NEET 2019 aspirants can log in to the official NTA website www.ntaneet.nic.in to download the fresh admit cards.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) that conducts the exam previously too was engulfed in a similar sticky situation. On the other hand, students from the state of Kashmir did not have an examination at all and were assigned other state venues. On responding to the pleas of candidates there have been four new centers added in the Kashmir valley.
The candidates appearing for the exam this year need to carry admit card and a photo proof ID. It is advised to follow the dress code and opt for half sleeved clothing with sandals and slippers in footwear to avoid any frisking or objections. The exam will begin at 2 pm and conclude at 5 pm at the designated centers.
