MTS 2019 Examination: Tentative Vacancy Lists Published


SSC released tentative vacancy lists of MTS (Non-Technical) Examination, 2019. Published list mentions vacancies (Tentative) specifically for categories and states. Shortlisting for MTS Paper-II Examination will be done based on this list.

SSC conducted 2019 Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination in August from 2nd to 22nd all across India in different centers. Out of all registered  candidates(38.58 lakh), 19,19,004 attended the exam and the shortlisting based on number of vacant seats will be done on these candidates. 

The descriptive examinaton of MTS (Non-Technical) or MTS Paper-II will held be on 24th November 2019. Candidates getting shortlisted in MTS Paper-I will only be eligible to attend Paper-II exams.

SSC MTS (Non-Technical) follows a complex criteria for shortlisting process. Tentative vacancies to candidates ratio (which is 1:15) and minimum cut-off on normalized scores of Paper-I (UR/EWS-30%, OBC-25%, Others-20%) are considered at the same time for shortlisting process. Since SSC have released the tentative vacancy lists candidates can take a look at it to have a better understanding of the shortlisting process.

Paper-II (Descriptive) Examinations will be conducted on 24.11.2019, exam venue and admit card details will be updated on the respective websites of Regional Offices and this will be 14 days and 04 days, respectively, prior to the exam.

Candidates are suggested to check the answer key and cut-off detals previously released by SSC to assess their candidature for Paper-II exams.
