As per the latest report, the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the revised schedule for MHT CET 2020. The dates have been extended for registration for the MHT CET 2020 counselling and the revised schedule is available on mahacet.org the official website. According to the schedule provided, the counselling process for undergraduate and postgraduate programs will be conducted between 20 December 2020 and 24 December 2020.
The State CET cell had earlier announced the schedule for the counselling procedure for the MHT CET 2020 programs. Candidates who have appeared and qualified the entrance examinations were required to register for the counselling process to the different programs.

The Minister of Higher Education and Technical Education in Maharashtra, Uday Samant, took to Twitter to announce the revised schedule of MHT CET counselling. Education minister Sawant in a tweet stated that in a meeting conducted among stakeholders, the department was directed to extend the deadline to fill out the online application form for counselling by seven days keeping in mind the request of the parents and students. Other members who attended the aforementioned meeting included MLA Satish Chavan, MLA Vinayak Raut, MLA Shashikant Shinde, among others.
It may be noted that candidates registered for MHT CET 2020 do not need to pay any registration fee, however, JEE Main candidates not registered for MHT CET will have to pay the registration amount as shown below.
