Mahindra University’s newly-established School of Management has started the admission process for its three-year interdisciplinary BA and BBA degree programs. Students can apply for admission for the 2021-22 academic year by 30 May 2021. The university has said that its academic partner is Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Business.
Yajulu Medury, Vice-Chancellor, Mahindra University, said, “Our academic partner, Cornell’s SC Johnson School of Business, will help us with strategy formulation, curricula and course structures, faculty mentoring, and delivery of lectures by visiting professors from Cornell and student immersions at their campus in Ithaca, NY.”
Furhter, he added that the university aspires to become a leading business school in India. The aim is to develop ethical, innovative, entrepreneurial, technologically astute, culturally aware and socially conscious managers, leaders and scholars. Their scholars will help to make a contribution to the development of the economy and society.
The university has started the admissions for include BA (economics and finance), BBA (digital technologies) and BBA (computational business analytics). All the programmes are of three years, with industry-ready curricula, strong research focus, high-quality faculty pool, and strong internationally benchmarked pedagogy.
