An early round of counselling for admission to the B.Tech degree program of Mahindra University has been announced by the Ecole Centrale School of Engineering, Hyderabad (ECSE-MU). Candidates who will apply for counselling by 9 April 2021 will be eligible for this round, confirmed by the university’s statement.
Admission to B.Tech program will be made based on the scores secured by the students in the attempts of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2021. Mahindra University has a total of 720 seats in its B.Tech program and nine academic disciplines – artificial intelligence, civil engineering, computation and mathematics, computer science and engineering, electronics and computer engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics and nanotechnology – are offered by the engineering school.
Mahindra University will grant admission to eligible candidates based on either JEE Main 2021 results or valid SAT scores. Candidates who passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification from any statutory board with a 60 per cent aggregate score in all subjects are eligible to apply for admission. They can take admission to the university based on either JEE Mains (Qualify in JEE Main examination and eligible to write the JEE Advanced 2021 exam) or a minimum score of 1800 in SAT subject including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.
