KEAM Eligibility Criteria Revised for B.Arch Course; Check Details Here

CEE Kerala has Changed the KEAM Eligibility Criteria for the Next Academic Session

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Kerala has amended the eligibility criteria for the professional course of Bachelors in Architecture or B.Arch. Earlier, the eligibility criteria in terms of academic qualification required the student to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, scoring at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate. But as per the new criteria, a candidate needs to pass the qualifying examination to be able to sit for the KEAM examination for the next academic year.

Revised KEAM Eligibility Criteria

According to the revised schedule released, the candidates are eligible to apply for the admissions to the B.Arch program if they have qualified class 12 with PCM subject or have qualified 10+3 Diploma examinations with Maths.

The decision was undertaken keeping in mind the adverse effects which the pandemic has had on the education of the country. The eligibility criteria being liquified down to passing the class 12 examination would keep nobody at a disadvantage. All the interested candidates will get a chance to sit for the examination; thereby, maintaining equality.

Note Further
