JEMAT Exam 2019 Admit Card Released

The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUTWB) has released the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) 2019 Admit Cards on its official website.

The online application process for JEMAT 2019 Exam commenced on July 16 and concluded on August 9, 2019. The exam in question will take place on August 17, 2019 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm IST. However, the varsity is yet to announce any official date for the release of the exam results.

JEMAT is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission into MBA, MHA, and PG Diploma in Management. JEMAT is a state-level competitive entrance exam recognized and accepted by all the Government and Private Management Institutions in the State of West Bengal.

Steps to Download JEMAT 2019 Admit Card

The admit card will be available exclusively online. The simple steps to download JEMAT 2019 Admit Card are as follows

  • Visit official JEMAT exam website
  • On the homepage, find and click on ‘JEMAT 2019 Admit Card Link’
  • Now, enter your application number and other login credentials
  • Verify and Submit the Information provided on the website
  • The JEMAT Admit Card 2019 will appear on screen. Download it
  • Also, take a printout of the hall ticket for future reference

It is mandatory to carry a valid Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport, Driving licence etc along with the hall ticket to the exam centre. No student will be allowed to enter the examination centre without the same.

Examination Centers 

JEMAT is conducted in the selected cities in the state of West Bengal. JEMAT will be conducted across 11 city centres namely Kolkata, Salt Lake, Hoogly, Madhyamgram, Kalyani, Haldia, Berhampur, Siliguri, Kharagpur and Durgapur respectively.

Exam Pattern

JEMAT is an objective test which consists of only Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The test is conducted in offline mode. The JEMAT exam has a total of 100 questions which is further divided into three sections namely Mathematics, English and Logical Reasoning (English – 40, Mathematics – 40, and Logical Reasoning – 20).

Marking Scheme: +1 marks will be given for the correct answers and – 0.25 mark will be reduced for incorrect answers and no negative marking for unanswered questions.
