JEE Main examination for the current academic year concluded on September 6, 2020, with a lot of refuting. Now it’s time for NTA to release the official answer key of the examination. Almost over 8 lakh candidates are awaiting the JEE Main 2020 answer key to self assess their performance.

The answer key will be available on the official website www.jeemain.nta.nic.in once it is published. However, NTA notified earlier that it would be releasing the JEE Main 2020 results on September 11, 2020. The date is tentative, and hence the candidates must keep visiting the official website for the latest developments.

About JEE Main Answer Key

An answer key is a table that contains the probable right answer to the question, which is arranged in chronological order. Candidates must note that the answers provided may or may not be correct, although most of the time, the option mentioned above seems right. Candidates can challenge the official answer key if they feel that it is incorrect. But candidates need to provide substantial proof for the same.

What is new this year?

NTA notified that along with the official answer key, it would also be releasing the official response sheet for each candidate. This will allow the candidates to assess their performance better and even challenge the answer key if they deem it necessary. The window for challenging the official answer key will be made available once it is released.

It will be the first time in history that NTA will be releasing the JEE Main 2020 results in such short notice, if at all the results are released on September 11, 2020. Keeping in mind the current scenario, this was a crucial step, as further delay in releasing the result will affect the academic calendar.

JEE Advanced 2020 Schedule Released

Candidates must note that NTA has already released the JEE Advanced 2020 schedule. Candidates must visit the official website to keep themselves updated about the latest news.
