Indian Institute of Arts and Design (IIAD) released admit cards for 2020 Entrance Exams, admit cards are published for iDAT and iMAT exams

Admit cards for IIAD 2020 entrance exams can be downloaded from their official website. Registered candidates can download the admit cards from applytoiiad.com. Admit cards have been released for both iDAT and iMAT exams. Candidates can download the admit card from the link above by providing their Application Number and Date-of-Birth.

The registration portal is still active now on the site, and the candidates who haven’t registered can submit the registrations now and later download the admit card.

Steps to Download Admit Card

  • Go to IIAD official website iiad.edu.in
  • Click the Menu option at the top of the page.
  • From the tab that slides below, Click on ‘Admissions’ section.
  • Click on ‘Apply Now’ link present on the page.
  • Login using your Email ID and Password on the “applytoiiad” page.
  • Click on the link representing the Admit card.
  • Enter your Application Number and Date-of-Birth to download the admit card.

IIAD 2020: In General

Indian Institute of Arts & Design has two different exams to screen students for various courses. iDAT or IIAD Design Aptitude Test is for UG courses, and iMAT (IIAD Management Aptitude Test) is for PG courses. 

iDAT

iDAT has two parts, Part-A: Written Test and Part-B: Studio Simulation.

Written Test is a 2 hours 30 minutes long exam testing the candidates’ logical reasoning, creative thinking, and visual aptitude.

Studio Simulation is a 3-hour long test where candidates will be given a brief and the required material. They will be asked to create a 3D model with the provided materials, and after they are done, they will be judged based on their teamwork, creative thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

iMAT

iMAT also has two parts, Part-A: Written Test and Part-B: Personal Interview

Written Test is 2 hours long exam testing the candidates’ logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and language.
