IGNOU OPENMAT, B.Ed Exam 2019 Admit Card Released

The Admit Card for the upcoming IGNOU Open MAT, B.Ed Exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), will soon be available on the official website.

The Admit Cards for both the B.Ed and MBA Entrance examination is expected to release today on July 10, 2019. The candidates appearing for either of the exams are supposed to visit the website ntaignou.ac.in and download the admit card. No physical copy of the card will be provided by the university.

An OPENMAT entrance exam is being conducted for the very first time by IGNOU. The maiden exam along with the other exam will be held on July 27, 2019. The duration of IGNOU B.Ed and Open MAT examinations is 2 hours. The formal will be held from 10 am to 12 pm IST while the latter will commence at 2 pm and conclude at 5 pm IST respectively.

The Steps to Download the OPENMAT, B.Ed Exam 2019 Admit Card are as follows

  • Open the official IGNOU website, ntaignou.nic.in
  • Select the admit card link on the homepage
  • You will be redirected to a new page
  • Here, enter the Log-in details and credentials
  • The Admit card will appear on the screen
  • Download it. Print it out for future use/reference

No student will be allowed to enter and attempt the exam without a copy of the online generated admit card with them. IGNOU Open MAT and B. Ed entrance exam admit card must/will consist of details such as candidate name, roll number, examination time and examination center details. The student is supposed to mention their application number, name, and grievance respectively.


The IGNOU OPENMAT 2019 is a national level entrance examination. The exam paper consists of four test papers. The test I will have General Awareness questions, Test II will have English Language, Test III will have Quantitative Aptitude questions and Test IV will have reasoning questions. The total number of questions for all the four test is 200.
