As per the latest news, the Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) has released a revised date sheet for the board exams for classes 5, 8, 10, and 12. However, the exam dates are tentative, and HPBOSE plans to conduct the exams in two sessions due to the COVID-19 situation.
For 2021, the syllabus for classes 9 to 12 has been reduced by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE). The total reduction in the syllabus is 30 percent. In contrast, the meritorious students of class 10th and class 12th will be eligible for the Dr. Radha Krishnan scholarship. The scholarship will be given to a total of 14 deserving students from each class. Students can apply for the scholarship by writing applications through their Principals. The last date to apply for the scholarship is 15 March 2021.

Please note that the exam application deadline has been extended from 1 February 2021 to 27 February 2021. Students who have not yet applied for the board exams can do so by 27 February 2021.
