Gujarat University has started releasing the merit list for admissions into various U.G. and P.G. courses for the current academic year. Candidates who had completed the process of registration can check the official website www.gujaratuniversity.ac.in

The merit list is released for Undergraduate courses like B.comB.B.AB.C.A and B.Sc. as well as Post Graduate Programmes like M.B.A. (Integrated), M.Sc CA & IT (Integrated). Integrated courses are a five-year degree course that encompasses graduation as well as post-graduation degrees in a single span. Students do not need to file for a re-admission after their graduation.

Students must also note that Gujrat University has released the final allotment list for U.G. courses like B.A. and BJMC. This particular list is for non-GSEB students.

Steps to Check Gujrat University 2020 Merit List

  1. Visit the official website www.gujaratuniversity.ac.in
  2. Open the “Admission Portal” page.
  3. Now choose either one of the following courses for which you need to view the merit list: i.e., B.Sc, B.Com, BA, and L.L.B. Int.
  4. On the left-hand side corner, click on “Student Login.”
  5. Enter your login credentials like Registration Number, P.I.N., Serial Number, and Captcha.
  6. View the merit list and proceed further with the admission process.

How to Proceed Further?

  1. The next step is paying the token fee of INR 500.
  2. To do this, click on “Print Provisional Admission Letter and Fees Receipt.”
  3. After reviewing, hit the “Submit” button.
  4. Now pay the requisite fee.
  5. Once the token is generated, save a copy of the same for future reference.

Note:

  • Kindly copy the BANK REFERENCE NUMBER, which will be used while giving Consent for Online Reporting.
  • After the successful generation of the token, candidates will have to provide consent for online reporting.
  • This is the most crucial step in the admission process. Since the entire process is being carried out online, candidates need to be very particular with every detail.
  • After completing all the steps, students need to go back to the College Allotment Merit display page and proceed further.
  • In case a student faces any problem, he/she is advised to read all the instructions (along with infographics) provided on the official website.
