The exam day guidelines for IIT GATE 2021 have been released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. The IIT GATE 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted from 6 February 2021 to 14 February 2021. Candidates who have registered for the exam can visit the official website to check the guidelines released.
According to the official information, the IIT GATE 2021 exam will be commenced at the respective centers. The exam will be conducted in the same pattern as conducted previously. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and numerical answer type questions.

Guidelines Released for GATE 2021 Exam
As per the guidelines, candidates who are taking the GATE 2021 exam must ensure that they are in a safe and secure environment. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the exam admit card along with a valid ID proof to the exam center. It is advised that all appearing candidates must report to the center before time to avoid overcrowding.
Candidates having body temperatures above 99.4 degrees will only be allowed to appear for the examination in the isolated area of the exam center. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry masks, gloves, sanitizers, a pen, an admit card and other related documents of their own.
After GATE 2021 Exam
Once the exam is over, candidates have to follow a queue for leaving the exam center. While leaving the exam center, the candidates have to drop their admit card and rough pad in dropbox and maintain social distancing.
