
Consortium of National Law Universities has postponed the CLAT 2020 Law Entrance Exam to June 21, 2020. The national level law exam has been postponed, for the second time. A notification has been issued by the Consortium of NLUs, which provides information regarding the postponement of exam date and on the extension of date for application submission. The applications can be submitted till May 18, 2020. Candidates wishing to appear and are yet to apply, can do it by visiting the official website- consortiumofnlus.ac.in

Steps to apply for CLAT 2020
- Visit the official portal- consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- On the homepage, click on the link “Click Here” under “For details about CLAT 2020”.details about CLAT 2020
- On the redirected page, near the top right corner, select the link “Register”
- Provide all the details. Registered mobile number will receive an OTP.
- Post validation of OTP, set the password.
- Login using the credentials.
- Select the program you wish to appear and click on apply for CLAT.
- Fill in all the required details like Personal Information, Communication details, Qualifying exam details, test center preferences and provide details about reservation. Submit the form.
- On successful completion, an application number will be generated.
- Pay the required amount of fee.
- Download and take a printout of CLAT 2020 application confirmation page for future reference.

CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2020 is a national level entrance exam conducted for admissions into law programmes [Both Undergraduate and Postgraduate] offered by 22 National Law Universities around the country. Consortium of National Law Universities organises CLAT 2020.
The Consortium of National Law Universities came into existence on August 19, 2017 with the goal of raising the standard of legal education in the country and justice system through legal education with Vice-Chancellor, Prof. R. Venkata Rao, NLSIU, as President and Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Faizan Mustafa, NALSAR, as Vice-President.
The Consortium aims to facilitate better coordination amongst National Law Schools to reach the highest standards of legal education in the country. The Consortium has 21 National Law Universities, as founder members in it.
