The annual entrance test is scheduled to be conducted between the 3rd and 8th of July 2019.
DUET is an annual, computer-based test undertaken for admissions to various PG courses offered by the DU affiliated colleges. The test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Around 1,54,075 candidates have registered for admission to the PG programmes offered by DU in the 2019-20 academic year. Out of this, only 1,31,129 candidates went ahead and paid the registration fee. This year the general category reported the highest number of applicants with 70,326 registrations, followed by OBC with 30,335, SC with 19,558 registrations, ST with 6,463 registrations and EWS with 4,447 registrations respectively.
The Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) is scheduled to start from the 3rd of July, 2019. With just a few days left for the commencement of the examination, the University is expected to soon release the DUET Admit Card 2019. DU will be releasing the admit cards in the online mode.
Candidates who successfully completed the online registration process for the various postgraduate level programmes offered by the university can visit the official website to download the admit card.
The steps to download the DUET 2019 Admit Card are as follows
- Open the official website/portal of Delhi University du.ac.in
- Select the DUET 2019 Admit Card link on the home page
- Enter the registration details and the admit card will appear on the screen
- Download the file and print out the admit card for future use
Candidates must note that the DU PG Admit Card 2019 will only be allotted those who are deemed eligible for appearing in the DU PG entrance test. Also, no candidate will receive a hard copy of the DU PG Admit Card 2019 by post, candidates will have to download there admit card by visiting the official website.
Post downloading the admit card, candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned on it. The DUET Admit card constitutes of information such as candidate’s name, roll number, exam venue, exam centre, and important guidelines for the examination. In case candidates find any discrepancy in the details mentioned on the admit card they may contact the DU helpline numbers between 10 am and 5 pm.
Candidates must carry there admit cards with them to the exam centre on the day of the exam. Candidates are also advised to carry multiple copies of the admit card along with a valid ID proof.
