According to the most recent update, the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU) has officially declared the CLAT 2021 exam date alongside the dates for other significant events. The Law Entrance Exam is booked to be conducted on 9th May 2021 in Pen-and-Paper (P&P) mode. The notice also asserted that the entrance exam would be held in the second shift, i.e., in the evening from 3 PM to 5 PM.

According to the official notification released for CLAT 2021 exam, the registration and application procedure will start from 1 January 2021. Therefore, all the interested candidates who are willing to appear for the exam can apply from January 2021. Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2021
In a segment of the official notice, the Consortium of NLUs has likewise mentioned the insights regarding the qualification details and eligibility criteria for the entrance examination. Candidates who are willing to apply for the undergraduate level course (five years integrated law degree) are required to pass their Class 12 board exams with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved category). Those who are appearing for board exams in 2021 are also eligible for the entrance examination.
Candidates who are willing to apply for postgraduation level law course (1-year LLM degree) must have a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) in LLB degree. All the candidates who are appearing for graduate exams March/April 2021 are also eligible for the CLAT 2021.
