Consortium to Charge Processing Fee From Next Academic Session
In a press release published on the official website, the Consortium has mentioned that due to the high number of unnecessary challenges raised by the candidates, it has decided to charge a specified processing fee. Just like JEE or NEET examination which charges INR 1,000/- per question challenged as the processing fee, the Consortium will do the same for CLAT exam to limit the number of unnecessary challenges.
The same will be applicable from the next academic session. The exact amount has not been specified yet, but it will be equivalent to that of the above-mentioned entrance examinations. Candidates must keep visiting the official websites for the latest updates.
