What are CBSE Compartment Exams?
CBSE conducts CBSE compartment exams for candidates who could not pass in the CBSE Class 10 or 12 exams. Candidates failing in one of the five subjects of external examination are placed in the compartment category for that subject, provided they have already qualified in all the subjects of internal assessment.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a national level board of education in India that conducts examinations for the public as well as private schools across the country. CBSE is controlled by the Union Government of India. All schools affiliated with the CBSE are required to follow the NCERT curriculum. All Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, private schools, and most of the schools approved by the central government of India are affiliated with CBSE. Every year, the Central Board of Secondary Education conducts board examinations for class 10th and 12th students in March and declares the results for both the classes in May.
