The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet for class 10 and class 12 Compartment Examination 2019 on the official website.
All those students who could not clear their class 10 or class 12 board exams in the first attempt in the March/April 2019, can appear for the CBSE compartment examination to improve their results. As per the time table released by the board, CBSE class 12 compartment exams for all subjects will be conducted on June 2, 2019. Whereas the CBSE Class 10th Compartment Exam 2019 will begin from July 2 and end on July 10, 2019. One can access the data sheet on the official website cbse.nic.in
In addition to the theory examination given above, the practical test would be conducted for all those candidates who have failed in a subject involving practical. CBSE, in its circular, has asked all schools to wrap up the practical examinations till 30th June for students appearing from regular school mode and 15th July for students appearing from open school.
In order to clear the CBSE compartment exams, each candidate needs to score at least 33 percent marks in theory as well as practical exams whilst the aggregate score is calculated. In 2019 Class 12 board exams, a whopping 2,00,057 students have failed to clear their papers. In CBSE class 10 board results too, a large number of students failed the exam.
Admit cards for CBSE compartment exam 2019 will be released very soon on board’s official website. Regular students would be able to get there admit cards from their respective schools. On the day of the examination, the exam papers would be distributed to candidates between 10 and 10.15 am. Candidates will be given 15 minutes extra for reading the question paper and plan a proper strategy to write the answers in 3 hours duration. Candidates will start writing the answers at 10.30 am IST.
