The Central Board of Secondary Education has finally declared the CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2019.

Students who have appeared for the compartment exam can check their results at the following websites – cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. The process of the CBSE compartment exam commenced on the 13th of May 2019. The CBSE class 12 compartment exams for all subjects were held on July 2, 2019. A student who did not clear one of the five external subjects but did qualify in all the internal assessments is eligible for the compartment exam. It must be noted that the marks sheet as well as the passing certificate of the students who cleared the exam will be available on the Digi Locker.

The Steps to check the CBSE Class 12 Compartment Exam 2019 Results are as follows

  • Visit the official websites/homepage of Central Board of Secondary Education – cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on link that says CBSE Class 12 Compartment results
  • In the redirected page, enter your roll number, school number, centre number and admit card number and submit
  • Your CBSE Class 12 Compartment results will appear on screen
  • Save and download the result that appears on the screen
  • Take a print out of the same for future reference/use.

CBSE students get three chances to appear in the compartment exams from the 2020 academic session, while candidates who failed will be allowed to appear for the examination next year and practical marks will be carried forward. According to CBSE, a candidate placed in a compartment might reappear the exam to be held in July or August the same year and avail of the second chance in March/April next year. In order to clear the CBSE compartment exams, each candidate needs to score at least 33 percent marks in theory as well as practical exams whilst the aggregate score is calculated.

In 2019 Class 12 board exams, a whopping 2,00,057 students have failed to clear their papers. Out of this, around 1,19,541 students appeared for the CBSE Class 12 compartment Exam. CBSE Class 10 and 12 compartment examinations will be held in 4,974 centers across India. in the first week of July.
