As per the official sources and several media reports, the schedule for the CBSE Board exam 2021 may be announced tomorrow. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal “Nishank” will address the queries of teachers at 4 PM IST tomorrow, i.e., 22 December 2020, and in doing so is expected to release the schedule for class 10 and 12 Board exam of 2021.
Education Minister Pokhriyal asked the teachers to tweet their queries to his official Twitter handle using the hashtag #EducationMinisterGoesLive.” With the COVID-19 pandemic still being a serious threat, the education minister has resorted to a three-way dialogue with the parents, teachers, students and other stakeholders. A decision will be made keeping the suggestions of everyone in mind.
Earlier, the Board dismissed claims which stated that the final exams for classes 10 and 12 would be held online. Debunking all these rumours, the Board clarified that the authorities are planning to conduct the Board exam 2021 in pen and paper mode only. In contrast, starting with the exam registration, everything was held online until now, which added up to the confusion. The education minister in his previous webinar had announced that the Practical exams are going to be conducted at school levels.
The Education Minister previously held a press conference on 10 December 2020 to answer the queries of the students regarding all the exams scheduled to be held next year. He touched upon significant issues such as the entrance exams, syllabus reduction, and reiterated that the safety of the students is of utmost priority.
