The key reason cited for postponing the CA 2019 Final Exams is the unavailability of examination centers. Most of the exam centres will be holding the UPSC tests on the same day.
The paper scheduled on the 4th of June has been pushed forward to the 13th of June 2019. This was done so that the Group I of CA final exams could be completed before the commencement of Group II papers. The official statement also stated that the paper on 9th of June was postponed to the 13th of June 2019. This was done for the convenience of the common students of both the CA Foundation Exam of ICAI and the Foundation exam of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India also scheduled on June 9th.
