The Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) Result for May 2019 examination has been released by the university on the official website
As per the official memo released by the Annamalai University, the results for the May Exam are online now and can be accessed by the candidates who have appeared for the examination. Students can visit annamalaiuniversity.ac.in, to procure their results. The Directorate of Distance Learning of Annamalai University has announced results for a variety of courses offered including BA, BBA, B.Ed, BCA, MBA, M.Sc, and many other courses.
Steps to Check Annamalai University DDE 2019 Result
The detailed step-wise procedure to check the Annamalai University DDE 2019 Result online are as follows
- Visit official university website annamalaiuniversity.ac.in
- On the homepage, select the ‘Examination Tab’ from the menu
- On the redirected new page, select ‘DDE Results May 2019’ Link
- Now enter your Roll Number and select the ‘Get Marks’ option
- The DDE May 2019 Result will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take a printout of the scorecard for future reference
The students are advised to check the following printed details mentioned in the scorecard such as Examination Name, Course Name, Students Name, Year (Semester), Register Number, Subject Name, Marks Awarded, Passing Marks, Maximum Marks and Result.

Note – Upon publication of the results, the Statement of Marks and Provisional/Pass Certificate (if eligible) will be sent to the respective candidates through Registered Post. Candidates can request for re-evaluation within 20 days from the date of publication of results. Such candidates should send a hand-written application along with a fee of 500 INR to the university for revaluation.

The Annamalai University was established by Dr. Rajah Sir Annamalai Chettiarhas in the year 1928 as per the Annamalai University Act 1928 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1929). The university is amongst the oldest universities in India and has been accredited with a B++ by NAAC. The Directorate of Distance Learning DDE branch of the university was set up in the year 1979. It offers a plethora of graduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate programs.
The university offers courses in both Tamil and English medium of study. The distance school is also famous for providing scholarships and other benefits for underprivileged students.
