TechSaksham Program's Success - A Blessing for Girls Aspiring STEM Majors in India

TechSaksham Program: The TechSaksham Program is run in collaboration with Microsoft, SAP, and EduTech to empower women in STEM. The program works towards teaching female students to develop employable skills that will help them secure jobs in the markets. The TechSaksham Program opens many doors for female students pursuing STEM education.
The TechSaksham Program has been successful in helping women learners on the path from degree completion to employment through its two-tiered delivery model. The students undergo training wherein they are taught to leverage and expand their existing pre-existing knowledge through an experiential learning process. Secondly, the students are trained for employability and are moulded to be job-ready. Participants of the TSP develop technical and project skills that can ensure success in their careers.

The TechSaksham Program is a blessing for female students aspiring to be STEM majors in India since they are guided from completing the degree to becoming employable. The testimony from students like Kriti Mandel from GEC, Bharuch, speaks volumes of the program's ability to foster young minds like her's to start their careers with the aim of heights.
The program currently has over 8,500 participants from 7 states across India, among whom 1,600 have been placed. The program has covered 112 educational institutions so far and trained 3,700 faculty members.
