With NEET 2024 admit cards released, NTA has announced NEET 2024 Exam Timings and Guidelines 2024 at their official website . Students must adhere to the do's and don'ts for the May 5, 2024 exam.
NEET 2024 Exam Timings: The National Testing Agency conducted the NEET UG 2024 exam on May 5, 2024, in a single shift from 2 PM to 5:20 PM at multiple exam centers nationwide and abroad.
The exam will be conducted on pen and paper (offline mode). Therefore, candidates must be familiar with the NEET 2024 exam timings and instructions to avoid trouble on the exam day. Candidates must adhere to the above mentioned NEET UG Exam Timings 2024. If any candidate is found to have failed to follow these timings, they will not be permitted to take the exam.
NEET 2024 Exam Instructions
The NEET exam day guidelines are provided here, along with instructions on what to bring and what not to bring to the entrance exam.
- Students should not sign the NEET 2024 admit card in advance; they must sign it in front of the invigilator at the examination center.
- Carrying the NEET hall ticket 2024 to the exam center is mandatory.
- No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the NEET 2024 admit card.
- After completing the examination, each candidate must drop their NEET admit card in the designated box placed outside the exam hall.
- Any fraud detected on the NEET 2024 admit card will result in the cancellation of the exam for the guilty student.
- Students must adhere to the NEET 2024 dress code specified by NTA, or they may be debarred from appearing in the exam due to inappropriate clothing.
- The NEET exam dress code for NTA 2024 requires students to wear half-sleeved t-shirts/shirts and lowers without many pockets and zips.
- Each candidate must report to the exam center before the specified NEET UG 2024 Timings.
- Students are advised to visit the exam center a day before the exam if time permits.
- The NEET 2024 exam timings at the center start at 11.40 a.m. and close at 1.30 p.m.
It should be reminded that on the day of the exam, candidates must bring only the documents listed above to the examination center. Those who don't adhere to these guidelines won't be allowed to take the exam.
