MP ITI Admission Process 2024: How to Respond to Seat Allotment?
In case a candidate has been allotted a seat, here is the MP ITI Admission Process 2024:
- A candidate has been allotted as per his/her first option selected during choice filling: In this case, candidates need to confirm the admission. If they don't confirm the admission, his/her admission will be cancelled and he/she will not be eligible for further counselling.
- A candidate has been allotted a seat other than their first option: In this case, the candidate can take admission to the allotted seat and opt for upgradation. If they do so, they will have to pay the training fee and express their consent for upgradation. The college allotted to them in the first list will verify them and grant them admission.
- A candidate has been allotted a seat other than their first option and wishes to finalize the seat: If a candidate chooses to confirm the seat allotted to them in the first round and not go for upgradation, they may do so. They can proceed to pay the admission fee and once the college has verified the documents, they will be allotted the college.
- A candidate has been allotted a seat other than their first option and does not wish to take admission: In this case, they need not pay the training fee and can express their consent for upgradation. However, if they are allowed a seat in the second round and still do not take admission, they will be removed from the seat allotment process.
- A candidate has been allotted an upgraded seat in the second round: The candidate can choose to take admission in the upgraded seat or resort to the seat allotted to them in the first round. If they choose the upgraded seat their seat given in the first round will be cancelled automatically.
However, they will also be able to choose the seat allotted in the first list they have already been admitted to. In that case, the seat in the upgraded option will be considered vacant and taken over to the next round.
Candidates must pay the training fee in online mode to complete the admission process. If they do not pay the fee on time, their admission will be cancelled.
