About AFCAT

The AFCAT is conducted by the Indian Air Force twice a year in February and August/September, to select Class-I Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duties (Technical and Non-Technical). AFCAT is one of the toughest exams to crack, followed by the cadets’ exhaustive training. It has a lower number of vacancies, which gives rise to the cut-throat competition among the aspirants. IAF also provides a chance for the female candidates to join the academy. Candidates must visit the official website for further information.
